1. Agreement
By downloading or using KytchenKoach (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The Service
KytchenKoach provides recipe, pantry, meal planning, and related features as described in the App and on our website. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. You may delete your account from within the App (Profile). Deleting your account removes your cloud profile as described in the App; data stored only on your device may remain until you remove the App.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans (e.g. Full Course / Pro) purchased through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings. Pricing and renewal terms are shown at purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access others’ data without authorization, or use the App in violation of law. We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nutritional and recipe information is for informational purposes and is not medical or dietary advice. Consult a professional for health-specific guidance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KytchenKoach and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
